Community Bank Real Estate Solutions is a federally regulated Appraisal Management Company. We are 100% AIR (Appraiser Independence Regulation) and FHA compliant. We are also compliant with the standards of UAD, USPAP, FNMA and FHLMC. We have established guidelines that meet federal rules in the Truth-in-Lending Act (TILA) and the Dodd-Frank Act, as promulgated by the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFBP).

Our appraisal review process:
- A fitness review of all appraisals before forwarding to FNMA and FHLMC.
- A review of the Submission Summary Report (SSR) to determine quality concerns; and
- An internal Enhanced Review of each appraisal prior to submission to the client.
