Community Bank Real Estate Solutions, LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Company” respects and is committed to protecting the privacy of our customers and website visitors. It also sets forth to whom and when we disclose customer information as well as the choices customers have about such disclosure.
Collection of Personal Information
The company website does not sell or make available to any third party (including affiliates) personal information from website visitors.
In the case of a website visitor who fills out a contact form we provide, we collect and temporarily store on our website the following information:

In the case where a website visitor fills out a Referral Form, we collect and temporarily store the following on the following:

- Telephone Number
- Contact Name and Company Name of the person who is referred to us
- Useful details regarding why the referral is made to us
In both the above instances, the information is deleted from our website after a period that does not exceed thirty days. The information is transferred to the Company’s internal records and securely stored in electronic and paper form. Access to the company records is available only to authorized employees.
Collection of web visitor information by our website
The Company’s website automatically notes each website visitor and collects the Internet browsing activity described above. Data collected for this purpose is used for system administration, troubleshooting, fraud investigation, and to improve the performance of our website. It is never sold or shared with anyone (including affiliates) for marketing or advertising activities. The information does not contain personal information of any specific user, it is only maintained in aggregate and is limited to:

We market our services using information derived from LinkedIn.
Our Company markets its products and services on LinkedIn. Such marketing efforts are directed at entities who are members of LinkedIn and who have given permission to LinkedIn to permit the Company to engage in promotional activities directed at those members. We track and use data about those LinkedIn users and their connections to our company or company employees as part of our marketing efforts.
